Celeste Garrett

Celeste Garrett has more than 25 years of experience in civil litigation, complex real estate transactions, asset acquisitions, entity formation, and probate and guardianship matters.

At Rogers & Elliott, she coordinates all aspects of the firm’s corporate filings, probate cases, and court litigation, including drafting various motions, responses, discovery requests, probate filings, and production logs.

Celeste also conducts focused research and analysis of rules and data for use in case strategies. Her extensive trial preparation work ranges from preparing video deposition clips, to creating presentation exhibits, to assembling trial notebooks, among other key roles. She is proficient at computer and internet research, including Lexis/Nexis, Google Scholar, and other online resources.

Celeste’s prior experience includes complex corporate real estate transactions and financings, including mergers and acquisitions, securities filings, trademark filings, and corporate maintenance.
